DINNING

Food and Beverage outlets offer a variety of culinary delights to tempt every palate. Rejuve – The Spa is designed to rejuvenate the body, mind and soul and offers a variety of Ayurvedic, Oriental and European treatments and therapies. Other facilities include a state of the art Gymnasium, large swimming pool, tennis courts, squash courts, a 9 hole par 36 International Standard Golf course and a wide range of water sports facilities. Our Banquet facilities include a large Ballroom that can accommodate up to 600 people in Theater style, 4 additional meeting rooms and a well-equipped Business Centre.

‘CANACONA’ - 24 hour Coffee Shop

The design of this 24–hour restaurant is strongly influenced by traditional Portuguese decor with a combination of traditional and modern equipment. The highlight being the wood fired pizza oven. The restaurant has an open kitchen with a hot and cold buffet section and a Pizza Oven. The restaurant offers different cuisine such as Goan, Indian, Oriental and Continental. The International buffet selection and an elaborate a-la-carte have been created to please the most discerning international traveller.

The ‘SEA B Q – Barbeque

The restaurant offers a unique concept of “Table Bar-be-que”, which will highlight Western, Oriental and Indian style Barbeques with innovative presentation. The guests have an option to select from the Tandoor Menu or from the display and the same can be barbequed according to their palate on Table Barbeques. The restaurant décor is rustic yet elegant. It will be open for poolside snacks, lunch and dinner buffet. There will be various Theme Night Buffets and entertainment organised in the restaurant.

Specialty restaurant

A fine dining restaurant serving Mediterranean food with a breath taking view of the sea and swimming pool. The menu is designed to make a perfect blend of food and wine. Live music is organised with some of the best performers in Goa entertaining our guests. The décor is very Portuguese and lively. The service is personalised and prompt yet casual.

‘VERI FENI’ - Sports Bar

The bar offers a variety of sports options ranging from a card table to a billiards table. An elegant bar counter and a dance floor compliments the sporting ambience. The master bartenders will blend an exciting range of cocktails and mocktails and offer a selection of the worlds best Beers, Spirits, Wines, Liqueurs and Cigars.

‘GAZEBO’ - Pool Bar

The sunken bar with a Polynesian theme, caters to the guests in and around the pool. The menu will comprises of snacks and beverages.

BEACH SHACK :The Shack situated on the beach has a wooden, rustic feel, offering typical Goan food cooked by local chefs, specializing in Seafood.

CONFERENCE

‘BRAGANZA’ – The stately ballroom for approximately 600 persons in Theatre style and two elegant meeting rooms Vasco and Afonso with pre-function areas making it perfect for corporate meetings. The resort has 3 additional meeting rooms at the business Centre.

FACILITIES

The resort boasts of Goa’s only par 36, 9 hole golf course, spread over 40 acres of lush greens and with a view of the sea. We have a golf pro and a pro shop where equipment may be hired or purchased. Battery operated Golf carts are also available.

OTHER RECREATIONAL FACILITIES

Champneys- A state of the art Spa offering a variety of treatments like Ayurveda, Thai, Balinese, Javanese etc.

We also have a well equipped gymnasium with 30 work stations and separate wet areas for ladies and gentlemen with steam, sauna, Jacuzzi and chill pond, chilled showers and pulsating showers.

A large Swimming pool with outdoor Jacuzzi, children’s pool, Squash, Tennis, Table tennis, Billiards, and a wide range of water sports facilities including jet ski’s, speed boats, parasailing, wind surfing, beach volleyball, a giant chess board and a luxury 3 bedroom yacht and a dedicated supervised kid’s corner.

TARIFF & PROGRAMMES Our Tariffs and Programmes are designed to give flexibility in creating holidays/ packages for travelers. Use of this and any other Paramount tariff signifies contractual agreement to the terms and conditions as stated herein. When using any part of this tariff in your website, notification in writing is necessary and must be provided with copies of the publication. RATES All prices quoted in this website are subject to revision without notice. Paramount Holidays reserves the right to pass on any increase in rates caused by the changes in local, state of federal taxes. At times, due to high occupancy, hotel may not apply contracted rates. In such circumstances, other rates will be quoted. ACCOMMODATION Hotel Accommodation is generally on "run – of – house " basis. However, in the event, if the hotel accommodation in the requested hotel is not available, every effort will be made for an alternate hotel and will be advised accordingly. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS Travelers should consult their travel agent about the travel documents and disclosures required. Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining valid travel documents and information pertaining to laws and customs of their destination. Paramount is not responsible for any charges, fee or penalties that subsequently may be imposed by any government agency incurred due to incomplete or incorrect travel documents. RATING Rating is done for general information. The rating does not necessarily reflect the same evaluation as rated by other organizations. BOOKING All bookings have to done through Paramount offices in India. For Packages, booking will be taken on request basis. CONFIRMATION Paramount will do its best to give a positive confirmation in maximum 24hrs. CHILD POLICY Child policy varies from hotel to hotel. At the time of booking, the number of children accompanying parents should be specified along with the details of their ages to avoid any inconvenience at the time of check-in. HOTEL CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME Normal check-in time on day of arrival is 1400hrs. If client is arriving by an early morning flight and room is needed on arrival, the room should be reserved from the previous night. The check-out time on the day of departure is 1200hrs. If client intends to check-out late, please note that the hotel is entitled to charge additional cost directly from the client accordingly. PASSENGER COMMENT / COMPLAINTS It is imperative that any complaints should be made in writing to the respective Paramount handling agents or its representative without any delay so that appropriate action can be taken. No Complaints will be entertained after 48rhs. PAYMENTS All the payments should be made prior to seven days of your travel date. PAYMENT MODE All payment will be accepted by the mode of Cash, Demand Draft or Cheque. For more details please click on Payment Options below. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation deadline in general for FIT hotel rates are 3 working days prior to arrival date, unless specified otherwise in the tariff or at the time of confirmation. Due to supplier policies it is necessary to charge cancellation fees. All cancellation must be made in writing either by letter, fax or e-mail at our offices. Any cancellation of a guaranteed, reconfirmed reservation will be charged minimum 1 night cancellation charges. Any change of booking within 3 working days is considered as cancellation and the applicable cancellation fees will be levied accordingly. For no-shows the cancellation policy will vary from each hotel-to-hotel. REFUNDS Requests for refund should be made in writing within 05 working days after the scheduled completion of the services. Refund requests for curtailed stay will not be processed unless provided with documentary evidences from the supplier. All refund requests are subject to obtaining a refund approval form our supplier and no refunds can be given without this approval. The supplier reserves the right to process, whether or not to approve the refund request and if necessary change administrative fee. For packages, no refund can be processed for partially utilized services and no shows. RESPONSIBILITY It is understood that, Paramount acts as agent only for all services covered hereby. Further Paramount shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage resulting from acts of God Dangers, Fire, Breakdown of machinery equipment or vehicles, acts of government authority, wars, civil disturbances, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines or any delays or changes including any extra expenses which the passenger may incur as a result of any of the foregoing causes. Further Paramount does not operate nor own any control on any means of transportation, sight seeing and accommodation and therefore cannot assume any liability in cause of injury loss, damage, delay in any vehicle or for any reason whatsoever, or through acts of default of any supplier or company or person engaged in carrying out the arrangement.
