CAFE CASCADE
Cafe Cascada is an air conditioned restaurant located in
the lower level with a view of the swimming pool and
cascading waterfall. This restaurant dishes out some
remarkable soft-sips 'n' snackers. Open around the
clock, this 24 hour coffee shop server breakfast, lunch
and dinner in a wide variety of Indian & Continental
fare to satisfy the most discerning palate.
The Lanai lounge is an extension of the coffee shop,
located at the pool level. The Lanai has an idyllic
setting with a waterfall and a view of the pool.

CARNAVAL
This air conditioned candlelit "a la carte" restaurant,

Thursday from November to May and daily from June to

CASTAWAY

Serving Grills, Barbeque and Goan specialties, in
addition to the daily "Theme" buffet dinners with live
music and dancing, around the poolside, Castaways brings

ORIENTAL HUT
The Oriental Hut is a Chinese Specialty Restaurant, set

Ayurveda is a Health Treatment in use for more than a
1000 years. The norms of treatment have been clinically
proven and confirmed by diagnostic and therapeutic

AYURVEDA CLINIC: (7.30 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.)
The hotel has an ayurveda clinic wherein the patient
sits through a consultation with the physician. Upon
completion of the diagnosis depending upon the type of
ailment, the physician prescribes a personalized
treatment for the guest. The treatments basically
include massages with herbal oils and extracts and
provides relief from ailments like rheumatism,
arthritis, migraines etc. Since Ayurveda is more widely
known for its relaxation and rejuvenation qualities,
many guests visit the clinic for this reason. The clinic
has a special wooden beds known as 'Pathi', which is
traditionally used in Kerala for Ayurvedic treatments.
The Ayurveda clinic also has yoga and meditation
courses.

The Ramada Caravella Beach Resort boasts of the largest
lagoon shaped swimming pool in Goa. THe pool is
surrounded by 3000 palm trees, the pool resembles an
Oasis in the desert.
The Pool has a Bar right in the middle of it – aptly
called the Island Bar. Take a brisk swim and cool off
with our special Cocktails and Mocktails.
Children can indulge themselves in
the safety of a special pool built for them. Floats,
Beach balls, and Frisbees are provided to make their
vacation fun-filled and exciting.
There are lifeguards keeping a

Yoga
The Yoga & Meditation Centre provides succor to several
tired souls. Recharge your batteries and connect with
your Self at this centre, run by the practioners of this
ancient art specially brought in from Kerala.
For residents with specific problems, special “asanas”
(yoga positions) are given to resolve these.
Yoga classes are conducted on the beach early morning
with the sound of the sea, birds and swaying palms in
the back-ground creating an ideal setting to forget the
material world.
Gym
The gym offers all the latest fitness and weight
training equipment, along with the services of personal
trainers.
The gym has all the amenities and equipment needed for
muscle toning and bodybuilding. It has a fully equipped
multi gym exerciser, with separately usable dumb bells,
bars, pull-ups, rowing oars, and a host of other useful
equipment, not to mention a full time gym instructor to
guide you with the best of advice.
The Sauna, Turkish bath or Jacuzzi is available for all
those who want to have a hot, dry or steamy bath.
Jacuzzi is also available inhouse within the Deluxe
Villas.
Water Sports and Beach Games
For the adventurous at heart, there’s no better or safer
place to indulge than the Varca beach. Take your pick of
wind surfing, para-sailing and water-skiing. Or talk to
the winds on our Jet skis. For the more adventurous,
deep sea diving excursions can be arranged. Or simply
head out into the sea and get lucky with Dolphin

Water Sports at the Ramada Caravela Beach Resort
includes Boating with speed boats. Glide over the smooth
blue waters of Goa at will.

skiing and various tube rides like Banana boat,

Organised Games
Mornings 9 to 11 are for Beach Volleyball. You can

A sprawling nine-hole par 3 Challenger golf green is the
