and Conditions of Use with you.
TARIFF & PROGRAMMES
Our Tariffs and Programmes are designed to give
flexibility in creating holidays/ packages for
travelers. Use of this and any other Paramount tariff
signifies contractual agreement to the terms and
conditions as stated herein. When using any part of this
tariff in your website, notification in writing is
necessary and must be provided with copies of the
publication.
RATES
All prices quoted in this website are subject to
revision without notice. Paramount Holidays reserves the
right to pass on any increase in rates caused by the
changes in local, state of federal taxes. At times, due
to high occupancy, hotel may not apply contracted rates.
In such circumstances, other rates will be quoted.
ACCOMMODATION
Hotel Accommodation is generally on "run – of – house "
basis. However, in the event, if the hotel accommodation
in the requested hotel is not available, every effort
will be made for an alternate hotel and will be advised
accordingly.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Travelers should consult their travel agent about the
travel documents and disclosures required. Travelers are
solely responsible for obtaining valid travel documents
and information pertaining to laws and customs of their
destination. Paramount is not responsible for any
charges, fee or penalties that subsequently may be
imposed by any government agency incurred due to
incomplete or incorrect travel documents.
RATING
Rating is done for general information. The rating does
not necessarily reflect the same evaluation as rated by
other organizations.
BOOKING
All bookings have to done through Paramount offices in
India. For Packages, booking will be taken on request
basis.
CONFIRMATION
Paramount will do its best to give a positive
confirmation in maximum 24hrs.
CHILD POLICY
Child policy varies from hotel to hotel. At the time of
booking, the number of children accompanying parents
should be specified along with the details of their ages
to avoid any inconvenience at the time of check-in.
HOTEL CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME
Normal check-in time on day of arrival is 1400hrs. If
client is arriving by an early morning flight and room
is needed on arrival, the room should be reserved from
the previous night. The check-out time on the day of
departure is 1200hrs. If client intends to check-out
late, please note that the hotel is entitled to charge
additional cost directly from the client accordingly.
PASSENGER COMMENT / COMPLAINTS
It is imperative that any complaints should be made in
writing to the respective Paramount handling agents or
its representative without any delay so that appropriate
action can be taken.
No Complaints will be entertained after 48rhs.
PAYMENTS
All the payments should be made prior to seven days of
your travel date.
PAYMENT MODE
All payment will be accepted by the mode of Cash, Demand
Draft or Cheque. For more details please click on

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation deadline in general for FIT hotel rates are
3 working days prior to arrival date, unless specified
otherwise in the tariff or at the time of confirmation.
Due to supplier policies it is necessary to charge
cancellation fees. All cancellation must be made in
writing either by letter, fax or e-mail at our offices.
Any cancellation of a guaranteed, reconfirmed
reservation will be charged minimum 1 night cancellation
charges. Any change of booking within 3 working days is
considered as cancellation and the applicable
cancellation fees will be levied accordingly. For
no-shows the cancellation policy will vary from each
hotel-to-hotel.
REFUNDS
Requests for refund should be made in writing within 05
working days after the scheduled completion of the
services. Refund requests for curtailed stay will not be
processed unless provided with documentary evidences
from the supplier. All refund requests are subject to
obtaining a refund approval form our supplier and no
refunds can be given without this approval. The supplier
reserves the right to process, whether or not to approve
the refund request and if necessary change
administrative fee.
For packages, no refund can be processed for partially
utilized services and no shows.
RESPONSIBILITY
It is understood that, Paramount acts as agent only for
all services covered hereby. Further Paramount shall not
be responsible for any loss, injury or damage resulting
from acts of God Dangers, Fire, Breakdown of machinery
equipment or vehicles, acts of government authority,
wars, civil disturbances, riots, thefts, pilferage,
epidemics, quarantines or any delays or changes
including any extra expenses which the passenger may
incur as a result of any of the foregoing causes.
Further Paramount does not operate nor own any control
on any means of transportation, sight seeing and
accommodation and therefore cannot assume any liability
in cause of injury loss, damage, delay in any vehicle or
for any reason whatsoever, or through acts of default of
any supplier or company or person engaged in carrying
out the arrangement.
ACCURACY
Although every effort has been made to ensure the
accuracy of the information at the time of typing, we
cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions
and reserve the right to vary, amend or cancel any of
the arrangements featured in this site. We will off
course do our best to inform you about the changes, but
prices may be subject to change without notice as well
as ownership.
